Have you left school or decided that college or university isn’t for you? Are you looking to start a career in the Early Years sector? At the Old School House, we provide the training and do all the arrangement of apprenticeships to enable young and enthusiastic people to become nursery nurses.

Apprenticeships are widely recognised as the gold standard of work-based learning and have been core to our training strategy since we took on our first apprentice nearly 15 years ago.

Three quarters of the nursery's 30 staff have been through an apprenticeship programme. This is a wonderful way to begin your career in early years and through our partnership with Cambridge Regional College you will receive exceptional training and development from our highly experienced assessors and tutors who will support you all the way through a whole package of on-the-job training.

Our ultimate goal is to help you to develop the skills, knowledge and experience your require to become a first class early years practitioner. If you are passionate about working with children and making a difference we would love to hear from you.
